(WLOS) — Shortly after the SpaceX launch at 5:25 a.m. on July 9, people across western North Carolina started sending in their photos capturing the rocket and its vapor trail. News 13 viewer Robert Allison sent in a video and a photo from Hendersonville that he captured around 5:30 a.m. Did you see it? Social media posts showed people in central and eastern North Carolina had early-morning sightings of the SpaceX rocket launch, which happened at Cape Canaveral in Florida.
