Humanoid robots ‘marry’ in Moscow with vows ‘to support one another through every update’

A symbolic wedding ceremony for two humanoid robots, Robert and Matilda, was held in Moscow . The event took place at the Pushkin Library, where the robots were officially declared " robot spouses." Robert was identified as an "office worker and blogger," and Matilda as a "ballerina." Their robotic pet dog, Dogmatic, participated in the ceremony by delivering the wedding rings. The library said they exchanged vows "promising to be reliable partners through all of life’s algorithms, to support one another through every update, and to always maintain a stable connection between their hearts and processors."
