Samsung just removed a big barrier between Galaxy phones and Windows PCs

Samsung has expanded the Galaxy Connect app to allow it to run on non-Samsung Windows 11 PCs, enabling features like copy-paste, phone storage access, and using the phone as a second screen. This expands compatibility beyond Samsung’s Galaxy Book laptops, supporting Intel and AMD x64 Windows 11 devices but excluding ARM-based PCs like those with Snapdragon X chips. Users can install the app from the Microsoft Store if they are signed in with the same Samsung account as their Galaxy phone.
