Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Stackline collects through stackline.dev and how we handle it. We aim to comply with the GDPR and Georgian personal-data law wherever they apply.

  1. 1. What we collect

    1. Contact form: the name, company, email, optional phone number and message you choose to send.
    2. Direct contact: whatever details you include when you email or call us.

  2. 2. Cookies and analytics

    1. Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. It records which pages are visited, the device and browser type, approximate location (country / city) and how you arrived at the site. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.
    2. Cookies used after consent: _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics, up to 2 years). The sl_consent cookie remembers your choice for 6 months and is set whether you accept or reject.
    3. This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC and may be transferred outside Georgia and the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses; it is kept for 14 months.
    4. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; the analytics cookies are then removed.

  3. 3. Legal basis

    1. Form submissions are processed on the basis of the consent you give when sending the form, and in order to answer your enquiry.
    2. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your consent given in the cookie banner.

  4. 4. How we use it

    1. Only to reply to your message and discuss your project.

  5. 5. Data retention

    1. Form submissions are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.

  6. 6. Sharing

    1. We don't sell your data. Submissions reach Stackline through the service set up to receive them and are used for nothing beyond answering your enquiry.

  7. 7. Your rights

    1. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].
