Warren Raises €10M Seed
Warren raises €10M in a Seed round led by Motive Ventures to expand its pension and financial coaching platform across European markets. Warren, a Ghent-based FinTech startup, has raised 10 million euros in Seed funding to overhaul Belgium's workplace pension system and expand its services into broader European markets. The company previously secured a 3 million euro pre-seed round in early 2025. The funding round was led by Motive Ventures. Additional investors included F Capital, Entourage, Syndicate One, and 100IN. Warren plans to use the capital injection to refine its technological infrastructure, expand its team by thirty employees, and support its goal of reaching 100,000 users by 2028. The funds will also support the company's strategic expansion into larger European markets. Founded in Belgium, Warren is a FinTech company led by co-founders Cedric De Vleeschauwer (CEO) and David Du Pre (CCO). The company operates the Warren Pension Fund OFP, which utilizes a transparent fee structure to modernize retirement savings, and provides a financial coaching platform that integrates data to offer employees personalized long-term financial planning advice.
