How Motors, Drives, and Sensors are Advancing Humanoid Robots
Humanoid robots are no longer science fiction. From mechanical design and sensor integration to AI-driven control systems, there are multidisciplinary technologies powering these intelligent machines. Engineers are solving complex challenges to create robots that walk, perceive, and interact like humans. This 60-minute webinar from the editors of Tech Briefs will explore emerging innovations in motion control systems, sensors, and mechatronics actuation systems shaping the future of humanoid robotics as well as the challenges of speed, dexterity, and safety of these robots. Overcoming these challenges will be essential for humanoids to move from research labs and pilot programs into widespread commercial use. Topics include: Technical challenges in hardware and software integration Gears, drives, and mechatronics actuation systems for humanoids Using AI modeling and training to enhance performance of humanoid robots Speakers: Aska Liu, Founder and CEO, EnduX Aska Liu is the Founder and CEO of EnduX. She is a robotics entrepreneur focused on supplying advanced Chinese robotics technologies to global markets and enabling their real-world applications.
