Device Monitoring
Email alerts to structured events
Turn alert emails from UPS units, controllers and other devices into structured, de-duplicated events that reach your alert channel or ticketing system.
What we build
Some devices can only send email alerts. They land in a shared inbox, repeat dozens of times and are easy to overlook.
- Reading alert emails from a dedicated mailbox
- Extraction of device, event type, severity and time
- Removal of duplicates and repeat alerts
- Routing of each event to alerts, tickets or dashboards
How it works
A typical data flow, from your equipment to the place the data is used.

Getting started
What we need from you
- Sample alert emails from your devices
- Access to a dedicated mailbox for these alerts
- Where the resulting events should go
What you receive
- A parser for your devices' email formats
- Structured events with history
- A list of supported formats
Questions
Unrecognised emails are flagged rather than ignored, and the parser rules are simple to update.
No. We recommend a separate mailbox that receives device alerts only.
They are merged, so one problem appears as one event, not as a stream of identical emails.
Wherever your team works: an alert channel, a ticketing system or a dashboard.
More in Device Monitoring
SNMP monitoring
Poll UPS units, PDUs, switches and environmental sensors over SNMP, receive their traps, and store every reading in one monitoring database.
Learn moreUPS & server room monitoring
Monitor UPS status, battery and load, PDUs, and server-room temperature and humidity, with alerts before a power or cooling problem becomes downtime.
Learn moreModbus TCP/RTU integration
Read energy meters, generators, PLCs and HVAC controllers over Modbus TCP or RTU, convert registers into readable values and keep their history.
Learn moreAlert routing & escalation
Route each alert to the right person and channel by severity and time of day, escalate when nobody responds, and keep a log of every alert sent.

Scheduled Excel and PDF reports from monitoring data: incidents, limit breaches, load and temperature trends for inspections and capacity planning.
